Ingredients
- 90 gram Flour
- 110 ml Milk
- 40 gram Mozzarella
- Allspice
- 1 piece Egg
- 190 gram Chicken breast
- 20 ml Vegetable oil
Instructions
- Prepare the batter, mix until smooth: egg, flour, milk, cheese, salt, pepper.
- Beat the chicken fillet about 1 cm wide.
- We dip the chicken fillet in our batter.
- We send the chicken fillet to a well-heated frying pan, fry on both sides for 3-4 minutes. Enjoy your meal.
