Ingredients
Marinade:
- 2 pieces Chicken eggs
- 100 gram Parmesan
- 8 tablespoons Soy sauce
- 3 cloves Garlic
- 1 teaspoon Black pepper to taste
- 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
Nuggets:
- 800 gram Chicken fillet
- 70 gram Breadcrumbs
- 70 gram Oat flakes
Instructions
- It's pretty simple. Fillet cut into 3 * 3 cm pieces, marinate in sauce mixed with chopped garlic and spices. 20 minutes is enough. During this time, grind the oat flakes with a blender, mix with breadcrumbs, grate the cheese.
- When whipping eggs, I use a little cold boiled water. For breading, mix breadcrumbs, oat flakes, grated cheese. Next, each piece is dipped in an egg, then breaded.
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees, place the nuggets on a baking sheet covered with a mat or parchment. Bake for 15-20 minutes.
