Ingredients
- 5 pieces Chicken eggs
- 320 gram Butter
- 275 gram Butter
- 175 gram Dark chocolate
- 215 gram Flour wheat / Flour
- 250 gram Walnuts
Instructions
- Beat eggs with sugar on medium speed.
- Add flour.
- Melt the chocolate with butter in a water bath, this time I took a plate of bitter and dark chocolate.
- Add the chocolate mass to the dough.
- Add the chopped nuts, I had some chocolate, and I added it.
- Bake for 25 minutes at 160 degrees.
- It should be a little damp inside. In the restaurant, the degree of readiness is checked by the burst top, and inside the middle is so wet that it flows slightly. I prefer to keep it in the oven for another 5 minutes.
