In a bowl, combine the cottage cheese, soft chocolate butter and eggs. Stir.
Add sugar, vanilla sugar, a pinch of salt and 1 tsp of baking soda without top. Stir.
Gradually adding flour, knead a soft, smooth dough with your hands.
Divide the dough into 2 parts.
Dust the table with flour and roll out the dough into a circle about 0.5-0.7 mm thick.
Cut into pieces and roll the bagel. Also roll out, cut and roll the bagels from the second part of the dough.
Put the bagels on a baking sheet, brush with milk and sprinkle with sugar.
Send it to bake in a preheated 190 degree oven for 25-30 minutes until Golden brown (we focus on the features of our oven). Remove the finished bagels from the oven and let them cool.
