- 500 gram Carrot
- 500 gram Curd cheese
- 1 tablespoon Sugar
- 2 tablespoons Honey
- 2 tablespoons Semolina
- 1 tablespoon Sour cream
- 2 pieces Egg
- 1 piece Vanilin
Instructions
- Grate carrots on a fine grater, add cottage cheese, sour cream, sugar, honey, eggs, vanilla and sour cream. Stir and cook for 35 - 40 minutes in a preheated 200•C oven (on the lowest shelf, top-bottom mode).
