Dessert "Tropicana" Recipe
A sunny light dessert, the perfect end to any dish. A very delicious dessert.

Instructions
Peel half of the pineapple and cut into slices.
Chop 1/2 sliced pineapple with a blender to the consistency of mashed potatoes.
Heat 1 tablespoon of butter, 1 tablespoon of sugar and pineapple slices in a frying pan over medium heat until the sugar dissolves.
Add 1 tablespoon of rum and flambe (fry to evaporate the alcohol).
When the flame goes out, add the chopped halves of bananas.

Pour pineapple puree into a deep dish and slide pineapples and bananas. Garnish with cherries and mint leaves.
