Diet Salad-Zucchini Appetizer Recipe
Salad of delicious, fast, easy! I like the combination of zucchini with sour cream or yogurt sauce, garlic and herbs. But most often zucchini is fried in oil - this option is dietary, zucchini is baked - try it! A great option for a vegetable snack.

Ingredients
- 4 pieces Zucchini
- Salt (to taste)
- 1 tablespoon Vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon Balsamic
- 1 tablespoon Spices (herbes Provence)
- Black pepper (to taste)
- 100 ml Yogurt (thick, without additives or sour cream)
- Dill (to taste)
- Mint (to taste)
- 2 cloves Garlic
Instructions
- Wash the zucchini, wipe dry and cut together with the skin.
- Sprinkle with spices, salt, pour oil and balsamic, mix.
- Cover the baking sheet with baking paper, put the zucchini in one layer and put it in the oven, preheated to 200 degrees. Bake for 15 minutes - focus on your oven.
- Cool the zucchini.
- Put it in a salad bowl. Add finely chopped dill and squeezed garlic to yogurt or sour cream, mix well.
- To combine the sauce with zucchini, stir and cool before serving. Put the salad on a plate and, if desired, sprinkle with chopped mint leaves.
