Eggplant Rolls in Sesame Recipe
A quick and delicious eggplant snack. The dish is served chilled - this is very important in this heat. Come in!

Instructions
Cut the eggplant into thin slices.
Fry the eggplants in a frying pan in sunflower oil until tender.
Fried eggplants are spread on a paper towel to drain excess fat. Cool.
In a separate bowl, mix the cottage cheese, salt, pepper and garlic passed through the press.
Add the chopped nuts and mix.
Put a small amount of cottage cheese filling on each plate of eggplant (I have a teaspoon).
Tomato slices.

Leave in the refrigerator for at least half an hour.
