Fruit and Vegetable Stew with Wine Recipe
Delicious, spicy and low-calorie dish. This fruit and vegetable stew with the addition of 1 tbsp. vinegar and without flour, you can close for the winter. This is an excellent preparation for borscht or appetizer, as well as a side dish for meat.

Ingredients
- 200 gram Onion
- 200 gram Red sweet pepper
- 200 gram Apple sweet and sour
- 200 gram Beetroot boiled
- 200 gram Tomato plum-shaped
- 200 gram Potato
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 3 tablespoons Vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon Flour wheat / Flour
- 1 glass Water
- 1/4 glass Semi-sweet red wine
- 1 teaspoon Seasoning for vegetables
- Salt to taste
- Greens to taste
Instructions
- In preheated vegetable oil, fry the chopped garlic until the aroma appears. Remove the garlic and leave the oil.
- In garlic oil, fry the peeled and cut onion in half rings until transparent.
- Sweet pepper is peeled from the seeds and cut into strips, add to the pan and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Tomatoes cut into slices and put to simmer. Add wine and 0.5 cups of water.
- Apples, boiled beets and potatoes are peeled from the skin. Grate the apples and beets on a coarse grater, cut the potatoes into small slices. We put the prepared products in a frying pan. Add the seasoning for vegetables, ground pepper and salt, mix. Cover the pan with a lid and simmer on low heat until the vegetables are ready.
- Dilute the flour in water (0.5 stack.).
- To the finished brew, add the flour mixture and mix. Cook until slightly thickened.
- Serve on the table, sprinkled with herbs, as an independent dish. If you do not follow a diet, you can add sour cream and chopped boiled egg. Serve the sausages separately.
