Galette with Cherries and Chocolate Recipe
Incredibly easy to prepare and extremely tasty. And almost everyone likes the combination of chocolate and cherries, and I am no exception. The basis of the biscuit is made of cottage cheese dough, due to this, the dough turns out to be very tender and crumbly. So come on in, you'll like it here.

Ingredients
- 150 gram Cottage cheese
- 100 gram Butter
- 1 piece Chicken egg
- 300 gram Cherries
- 70 gram Dark chocolate bitter
- 1 tablespoon Corn starch
- 1 tablespoon Cane sugar
- 1 pinch Salt
Instructions
- For this recipe we will need a ripe and delicious cherry. Here is a beautiful rose in my garden.
- For the dough, whisk the cheese, butter, flour, egg and a pinch of salt in a blender.
- Mix it.
- Roll the dough into a ball, sprinkle it with flour and roll it into a circle on parchment.
- Chop the bitter chocolate with a knife.
- Remove the seeds from the cherries. Mix it with starch and cane sugar in the form of crystals.
- Put the chocolate filling on the cake first, and then the cherry filling.
- Fold the edges.
- Bake the galette in a preheated 180 degree oven for 25-30 minutes.
