Garlic Italian Bread Recipe

- 15 gram Baking powder
- 4 cloves Garlic
- 1 teaspoon Seasoning (Provence herbs)
- 2 tablespoons Olive oil
- 1 pinch Nutmeg (ground)
Instructions
- Mix milk, salt, herbs, baking powder, olive oil and ground nutmeg in a cup. Add 150 g of flour, mix well.
- Here in such a porridge we add garlic squeezed through a garlic press. Mix well and add the remaining flour.
- The dough should not be too clogged with flour, but also should not stick to the hands.
- To form a not very thin baguette, brush it with olive oil.
- Make shallow incisions and sprinkle with dried herbs. Bake in the oven at 200 degrees for about 30-35 minutes. Put a cup of water on the bottom of the oven! When the bread is ready, remove it from the oven, cover with a towel and leave for 20 minutes.
