Ingredients
Salad
- 500 gram Potato boil raw.
- 20 pieces Olives
- 1 teaspoon Capers
- 120 gram feta cheese
- 1/2 bunch Parsley
- Salt to taste
- 1/2 bunch Green Onion
Sauce
- 5 tablespoons Olive oil
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
- 5 tablespoons Yogurt
- 2 teaspoons Mustard
Instructions
- Peel the cooled potatoes and cut them into fairly large pieces.
- Finely chop the parsley and green onions and add them to the potatoes.
- Put the olives in the same place.
- And capers.
- Beat the olive oil and lemon juice to a smooth emulsion, add the mustard, yogurt and season to taste with salt.
- Cut the feta into pieces.
- Add to the salad, mix very gently and serve.
- Ready.
