Green Soup with Turkey Recipe
This soup is my favorite. Having tried it for the first time, I fell in love with it from the first spoon, and since then I cook often and with pleasure. Insanely delicious, satisfying, nutritious and very fragrant. Enjoy a healthy and delicious soup, and most importantly low-calorie!

Ingredients
- 400 gram Turkey (fillet)
- 200 gram Broccoli (frozen)
- 200 gram String bean (frozen)
- 2 pieces Potatoes
- 1 piece Onion
- 1 piece Carrot
- 3 tablespoons Vegetable oil
- Salt
- Black pepper (ground)
- Dill
- 100 gram Cauliflower
Instructions
- Wash the turkey fillet, pour 1.5 liters of water, bring to a boil, remove the foam and cook on low heat for 40 minutes.
- Cut onion and carrot into cubes.
- Pour sunflower oil into the pan.
- Fry the onion and carrot until golden brown.
- Cut the potatoes into slices.
- Add potatoes to the boiling broth and cook for 10 minutes.
- Then add broccoli, beans, cauliflower.
- Add the fried onions and carrots, season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Cook on low heat until tender.
- When serving, sprinkle with chopped dill greens.
