Grilled Burger with Bell Pepper Recipe

Ingredients
Steak:
- 1/2 piece Onion
- 400 gram Minced meat
- 1/2 piece Bulgarian pepper 1/4 - red, 1/4- orange
- 3 cloves Garlic
- 1/2 bunch Greens
- Salt, pepper to taste
Grilled Burger:
- 1 piece Pickled cucumber
- 6 pieces Lettuce leaves
- 6 pieces Buns
- 1 piece Tomato
- 120 gram Hard cheese
- 3 tablespoons Mayo
Instructions
- Add finely chopped 2 types of bell pepper, onion, garlic, herbs, salt and pepper to taste to the minced meat.
- Mix everything into a single mass.
- Form 6 steaks from minced meat.
- Place the steaks on a greased baking sheet. Place it on a grate over smoldering coals.
- Fry the steaks on 2 sides, turning them over with a special wooden spatula.
- Hamburger buns cut in half, grease the lower part with mayonnaise, put lettuce leaves and slices of pickles.
- Next, a thin slice of cheese, a ready-made steak on it, a slice of tomato on it and cover with the second half of bread.
- Stick a wooden stick into the burger grill, garnish with cherry tomatoes.
