Ingredients
For minced meat:
- 1 kilogram Minced meat pork+beef
- 2 pieces Chicken egg
- 1 tablespoon Mandarin to meat (sea salt, garlic, coriander, paprika, mustard, cinnamon, marjoram, juniper. berry, Jamaican pepper, cumin, black pepper)
- Salt to taste
For filling:
- 4 pieces Carrots boiled
- 1 tablespoon Sour cream
- 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
- Greens any, to taste
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Mix minced meat with spices, salt, eggs;
- Grate carrots, add finely chopped herbs, garlic, salt, season with sour cream, mix;
- Burgers with stuffing you can sculpt by hand, but it will be more accurate to use a mold or a form for burgers;
- Make a recess for the filling;
- Lay out the filling;
- Cover with minced meat, press it down with effort;
- From all the ingredients I got 4 large burgers;
