Grilled Turkey and Vegetable Salad Recipe
This salad will not leave anyone indifferent. It can be prepared in advance at home and take on a picnic or cook over a fire on vacation, in nature. The salad is delicious, both warm and chilled, when the vegetables and Turkey are already marinated.

Cook Time 30 minutes
Ingredients
- 200 gram Turkey breast
- 1/2 pieces Zucchini
- 1 piece Bulgarian pepper
- 2 pieces Tomato
- 1 piece Onion
- 1 clove Garlic
- 2 tablespoons Vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon Vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Seasoning
- 1 tablepsoon Soy sauce
- Spices (salt, ground black pepper, a pinch of granulated sugar) to taste
- Greens
- Lettuce leaves
Instructions
- From the breast of the Turkey, we cut out layers at random and beat them off.
- RUB with your favorite seasoning and oil. I have a seasoning for poultry: chili pepper, black pepper, curry and paprika.
- Vegetables are washed, cleaned, cut: onion large feathers, tomato large rings, pepper strips, zucchini rings or semi-rings.
- Brush the vegetables with oil and fry them in a grill pan or grill.
- Vegetables are not overcooked, they should be al dente, literally 1-2 minutes on each side.
- In hot vegetables squeeze out garlic, pour soy sauce, vinegar (or lemon juice), put a ground mixture of peppers and salt. We don't add any more oil.
- Cut the Turkey into strips.
- Add the Turkey to the vegetables, put the greens, I have parsley and Basil, mint and coriander will suit the taste here.
- Mix the salad carefully so as not to overwhelm the tomatoes.
- Serve on lettuce leaves. Serve immediately warm or chilled.
- Ready.
