Lazy Dumplings in Sauce Recipe
I often spoiled my family with lazy dumplings when I was on maternity leave: fast, affordable, everyone eats, and a hearty Breakfast. Part of the cottage cheese can be replaced with thick yogurt-it will be more tender. I found a variant in berry sauce on the German channel and decided to repeat it, we liked it. In summer, we prepare fresh berries, in winter-from freezing. On request, we offer sour cream, but we ate like this.

Cook Time 30 minutes
Ingredients
Dough:
- 100 gram Cottage cheese
- 200 gram Yogurt Greek
- 2 tablespoons Sugar
- 1 piece Chicken egg
- 150 gram Flour wheat / Flour
- 1 pinch Salt
- 0,3 teaspoon Vanilla sugar
Sauce:
- 1 handful Strawberries
- 1 handful Raspberries
- 1 handful Black currant
- 2 tablespoons Sugar
- 0,3 teaspoon Vanilla sugar
- 1 teaspoon Melted butter
Instructions
- Today, dumplings made from cottage cheese and Greek yogurt. Can be on one cottage cheese.
- Add the egg, sugar, vanilla, and salt.
- Add the sifted flour.
- Make dough. Do not clog the dough with flour and the dumplings will be tender.
- Transfer to a Board with flour.
- From half of the dough, we twist the sausage, divide it into pieces with a knife.
- The cut may stick to the Board, so keep an eye on the flour on the Board. These blanks can be frozen like this. Then pour into a bag when frozen.
- If there is any dough left, we put it in a film in the refrigerator, so you can store it for a couple of days.
- We heat the water and send it to the boiling billet.
- They will swell slightly and float up quite quickly.
- The sauce is very simple: put the berries that are in the house in a saucepan and put them on a small fire. We are waiting for the berries to give juice.
- Sugar to taste.
- Transfer the cooked dumplings to a warm sauce.
- Add melted butter, I just have butter. Mix and soak all the pieces. So we serve it even in a warm, even in a cold form.
