- 70 gram Cream (30%)
- 4 pieces Egg

Instructions
- Ingredients.
- Grind the flour with butter and sugar.
- Add honey, egg.
- Knead the dough.
- Prepare the baking dish. Put the finished dough on a mold and put it in the refrigerator for one hour.
- Preparing the filling. Remove the zest from the lemon and grate on a coarse grater. Squeeze out the lemon juice. Mix the zest, squeezed juice, eggs and sugar. Mix everything well and leave for 30 minutes to melt the sugar.
- Peel the mango and grind it in a blender to a puree state. Add to the egg mixture, add cream and starch. Mix well.
- Remove the dough from the refrigerator and bake for 20 minutes at a temperature of 200 degrees. Then pour the prepared filling of lemon juice and mango and bake for another 30-35 minutes at a temperature of 160 degrees.

- Sprinkle the finished cake with powdered sugar, confectionery powder.
