Light Salad with grilled Chicken Recipe
My family loves this salad because:

Ingredients
- 4 pieces Cucumber
- 10 pieces Cherry tomatoes
- 1 piece Bulgarian pepper
- 1 bunch Lettuce leaves
- 1 clove Garlic
- 1 piece Chicken breast
- 2 pieces Eggs
- 2 tablespoons Olive oil
- 1 tablespoon Balsamic
- 1 teaspoon Vinegar
- Allspice to taste
Instructions
- Ingredients.
- Boil 2 hard-boiled eggs. Chop the vegetables, carpaccio, eggs and tear the lettuce leaves with your hands. Finely chop a clove of garlic.
- Mix olive oil, balsamic sauce and wine vinegar.
- Gently add the dressing to the salad and mix.
