  1. Pass the liver and onion through a meat grinder.
  2. Add eggs, buckwheat, flour, salt and pepper and mix.
  3. Spread the minced meat with a tablespoon in a frying pan with heated oil.
  4. Fry on both sides until tender.
  5. Serve with mayonnaise or sour cream. Enjoy your meal!
