Ingredients
For salad:
- 1 glass Buckwheat
- 1 piece Chicken egg
- 1 piece Onion
- 4 tablespoons Pumpkin seeds
Instructions
- Boil buckwheat in 2 cups of water.
- Peel eggplants, cut into cubes, fry in preheated oil.
- For the filling: chop the onion in a blender (leave a little for garnish), parsley, spices, tomato, butter.
- Combine buckwheat, eggplant. Mix with the dressing. Lightly fry the pumpkin seeds, sprinkle the salad. The salad turned out very tasty! I recommend it!
