Ingredients
Basic:
- 500 gram Chicken liver
- 1 piece Carrot
- 1 piece Onion
- 50 ml vegetabe oil
- 250 ml Champignons
- 3 tablespoons Breadcrumbs
- 1 handful Greens parsley,dill for the top
Fill:
- 3 pieces Chicken eggs
- 200 gram Sour cream
- 2 pieces Processed cheese
- Seasoning to taste
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- As usual, chop the onion and carrot.
- Lightly fry together.
- Chop the mushrooms.
- Separately fry too.
- Roll the liver in breadcrumbs and fry in the dish where you will cook next.
- Turn it over, reduce the heat.
- Transfer the carrots and onions to the liver.
- Mushrooms on top.
- For filling, mix the eggs and sour cream. Mash the melted cheese. Add the cheese to the filling+seasonings.
- Pour evenly into the pan.
- Cover with a lid and cook over low heat or place in the oven in a baking dish. After 20-25 minutes, our dish is ready.
- Sprinkle with herbs and serve. Very tasty..., do not tear yourself away!
