- 300 gram Minced meat
Instructions
- Wash the tomatoes, dry them, cut off the lid and carefully remove the middle with a spoon. Cut the removed middle into cubes.
- Cut the zucchini into cubes.
- Cut the onion into cubes, grate the carrots. In vegetable oil, saute the onion and carrot until transparent and add the zucchini.
- Meanwhile, we put the bulgur grits to cook according to the instructions.
- To the half-finished zucchini, add the middle of the tomatoes and simmer until the vegetables are ready. At the end, add salt, sugar, pepper, basil to taste.
- By this time, our group was cooked. We add vegetables to it and mix it - this is our lean base. We divide it in half.
- While our base was being prepared, we will fry the minced meat in a second pan with vegetable oil until ready. Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Add the minced meat to the second half of the base.
- We stuff the tomatoes with two fillings, close the lids. Grease the baking sheet with vegetable oil, I also put the paper, also lubricate with oil. Put in the preheated oven to 200 degrees for 20-30 minutes.
