Meat Casserole with Rice Recipe

Ingredients
- 1/3 glass Rice long grain
- 1 piece Onion
- 1 piece Bulgarian pepper
- 400 gram Tomatoes in own juice
- 50 gram Cheese hard
- 300 gram Minced meat
- 2 tablespoons Vegetable oil
- Salt
- Sugar
- Coriander (ground)
- Seasoning to taste
Instructions
- Cut the onion into half rings.
- Pour vegetable oil into a frying pan, heat it up, fry the chopped onion in it.
- Add the minced meat and simmer, stirring constantly and breaking up the lumps.
- Add diced bell pepper, fry, stirring constantly.
- Then add tomatoes in their own juice, season with salt, sugar and ground coriander.
- Add the rice and stir.
- Put it in a baking dish.
- Cover the mold with foil, put it in the oven and bake at 180 ° for 40 minutes.
- Then take out the mold, carefully remove the foil (do not burn with steam!).
- Sprinkle with grated cheese, return to the oven and bake for another 10-15 minutes. Remove the finished casserole from the oven, if desired, sprinkle with herbs.
