Garlic Rice with Chicken Recipe
This recipe turns out to be very easy and unpretentious. It can be prepared both on holidays and on weekdays. The taste of this rice is delicious, fragrant and juicy. Garlic rice is very popular in Japan, but you can easily cook a piece of Japanese at home.

Ingredients
- 300 gram Rice
- 2 pieces Chicken fillet
- 1 piece Onion
- 1 piece Carrot
- 1 piece Chicken egg
- 3 cloves Garlic
- Soy sauce
- Sugar
- Sesame seeds roasted
- Green onions
- Vegetable oil
Instructions
- Boil the rice until cooked in any favorite way.
- While the rice is cooking, cut the onion and carrot into small cubes.
- Cut the fillet into small pieces.
- In soy sauce (6-7 tablespoons) pour sugar, slightly warmed in the microwave.
- In a deep frying pan or wok, heat the vegetable oil and fry the vegetables for about 5 minutes until half cooked. Then add 3 tablespoons of sauce, mix.
- Add the chicken, more sauce, continue to fry, stirring occasionally.
- To prepare the egg, mix the white with the egg yolk.
- Now the most important point. And so, add garlic passed through the press to the chicken with vegetables and sauce, mix. Add the finished rice to the mold and mix. Pour in the egg and stir until the egg sets. Add the sesame seeds and mix again. Remove the sample, if you want salty - add soy sauce (pure) to taste. Our dish is ready.
