Meat Chops with Cheese Sauce "Bechamel" Recipe
Tender juicy chops with an unusual taste! I think such an original and therapeutic dish is worth trying at least once in your life! For children - the perfect recipe! The idea of the recipe is taken from the book by M. S. Marshak "Cooking dietary dishes at home".

Ingredients
- 400 gram Minced meat
- 250 gram Cottage cheese
- 1 piece Chicken egg
- 50 gram Butter
- 2 tablespoons Flour wheat / Flour
- 2 glass Milk
- Salt
Instructions
- My pork is twisted through a meat grinder, crushed in a blender. Put the minced meat, cottage cheese, egg in a blender and whisk. If there is no blender, you can mix it with your hands.
- Form chops from the mass, wetting your hands in water. Meatballs are a flattened round-shaped product with a thickness of about 2 cm, with a diameter of no more than 6 cm.
- We boil it for a couple, I did it in the microwave, you can steam it or in a steamer.
- Place the chops in a deep baking dish.
- Products for Bechamel sauce
- Melt the butter in a frying pan (with a thick bottom), do not fry in any case. Add the flour and, stirring constantly, fry for a couple of seconds.
- Milk is poured in small portions and stirred constantly so that there are no lumps. Add sea salt. Preheat the sauce, but do not bring it to a boil.
- Pour the Bechamel sauce over the chops.
- Place in a preheated 200 * C oven for 30 minutes.
- After 30 minutes, we got such a beauty!!!
