Dressing
- 2 tbsp Mayonnaise
- 1/2 tsp Mustard
Instructions
- Cut the onion into half rings, cut the carrots into thin strips, and fry until slightly golden brown. Cool down.
- Cut the beef into strips.
- To the meat, add the fried vegetables, garlic grated on a fine grater and cucumbers, also cut into strips. For the dressing, mix mayonnaise and mustard, if necessary, add salt. Let the salad cool in the refrigerator before serving.
