  1. Quinoa should be cooked following the instructions on your package. I cooked in the ratio: one part quinoa and two parts water, not salted. Cooked until the liquid was completely absorbed. It's about 15 minutes.
  2. My minced meat is chicken, made from breast fillet. I put the minced meat in a bowl, and sent finely chopped onion and garlic there. I poured soy sauce, sunflower oil, added yolk, peppered with black freshly ground pepper. Connected.
  3. Add the cooked quinoa. A little too much. I did not add soy sauce, because the minced meat will be very liquid. Be sure to pour the oil. Meatballs with him will be juicier.
  4. We connect everything (knead it with our hands). I'll add some more dry dill. I like him very much, he has such a unique flavor and that's exactly what he has. The stuffing is ready.
  5. We take a suitable baking dish and lubricate it with a brush with sunflower oil. I have a shape D-20 cm and height-5 cm.
  6. We form meatballs. From the amount of this minced meat, I got 9 pieces (two pieces did not fit into the mold) D ~ 4 cm. We put it in the oven, setting t-200 C for 20 minutes. Baking is controlled. As soon as the meatballs grab, they will brown a little from below, take the mold out of the oven, turn them over to the other side and put them back in the oven until ready. You may have more time to go, focus on your oven, but do not over-dry!
  7. The meatballs are ready!
