Ingredients
- 4 pieces Potato
- 1 piece Onion
- 50 gram Cheese hard
- 2 tbsp Vegetable oil
- Salt to taste
- 1 handful Mint
- 1 tsp Curry
- 1 tbsp Greens dried
Instructions
- Peel the onion and cut it into feathers. Put it in a mold, pour in the oil. Wash the potatoes, peel them, and cut them into 4-6 pieces. Wash, dry, roll in dry herbs, curry, lightly salt. Place on the onion. Send to the oven, bake for 15-20 minutes at 180 degrees. I lay the bottom with thick foil, this will save you from unnecessary work.
- Wash the mint and dry it. Cut and spread on the potatoes.
- Grate the cheese on a fine grater and dust the potatoes with it. Send it back to the oven, bake until ready. That's another 15-20 minutes, at 180 degrees. Garnish the finished potatoes with fresh mint.
