Wash the potatoes, dry them, make a couple of punctures on each tuber with a fork, then salt to taste, vegetable oil to taste, grease with potatoes and bake at 180° for about 30-35 minutes. We cut the baked potatoes from above along the length, take out the pulp into a plate, add butter, cheese (100g), herbs, salt, dried garlic, black pepper and mix everything well.
We put it back in the skin, sprinkle cheese on top and send it to the oven for another 15-20 minutes so that the cheese melts and browns.
Sprinkle with herbs on top and serve hot. Bon Appetit!
