Okroshka Rustic with Bacon Recipe
The recipe for cooking okroshka from childhood, when in the summer I was sent to my grandmother in the village. Rustic cuisine is simple, without frills, but it has such pleasant nuances that you will not find in any restaurant.

Ingredients
- 1 piece Potato
- 1 piece Chicken egg
- 100 gram bacon
- 1 piece Cucumber
- 0,5 liter Kvass
- Dill
- Green Onion
- Salt
Instructions
- Peel potatoes, boil hard-boiled eggs, cool and cut into cubes.
- Also cut fresh cucumber into cubes, chop green onions and dill.
- Traditionally, bacon is added to okroshka in the village. Mix all the ingredients, add salt to taste, pour kvass.
