- 1 piece Tomato
- 150 gram Champignons
- 150 gram Cheese hard
Sauce:
- 2 teaspoons Mustard
- 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Paprika sweet
- 1 teaspoon Khmeli-suneli
- 2 tablespoons Sunflower oil
- 0,25 teaspoon Nutmeg
Side dish:
- 500 gram Potato
Instructions
- Will prepare the necessary products.
- Peel the potatoes for a side dish.
- Let's prepare the sauce for the meat. Mix all the ingredients except the garlic.
- Let's cut the meat lengthwise, but not completely, like a book. Salt, pepper. We spread the meat immediately into a form in which we will bake.
- Lubricate with sauce. Let's put it aside for a while.
- Let's cut the products for the meat filling.
- Insert sliced mushrooms, tomatoes, cheese into the turkey cuts.
- Cut the potatoes up and down, but not completely, to make a flower. Cut a little from the bottom too, so that the potatoes stand steadily. Add salt.
- Put the potatoes in a mold for the meat, grease with the rest of the sauce.
- Put the turkey meat with potatoes in the oven.
- Bake at 180 degrees for 45 minutes. I poured half a glass of water and covered it with foil, as I was afraid that the potatoes would not be baked. Remove the foil 15 minutes before being ready.
- Serve the meat to the table. It turned out to be golden brown. Let's cut it in portions and remove the sample.
