Very tasty and spicy snack. It is perfect for meat dishes and an addition to the side dish, and kebabs will not do without it. It is prepared simply and quickly, disappears from the table instantly.

  1. Radish cut into thin slices, onion rings. In a jar (0.5 l), put alternate radishes and onions.
  2. As completed the jar, put the pepper, cumin and cloves on top. In a ladle, boil water with salt, sugar and vinegar.
  3. Pour the hot marinade into the jar, close the lid and leave to cool. Then put it in the refrigerator for at least an hour.
