Pork Baked in the Oven Recipe

- Garlic powder, rosemary (oregano is used in the original recipe, but I took rosemary), ground cumin, ground coriander, thyme and salt mix well.
- Wash the pork, dry it with a paper towel and rub it with the prepared mixture.
- Crush the garlic cloves with the handle of a knife.
- And fry in vegetable oil for about 1 minute.
- Then put a piece of pork on top and fry on all sides for about 10 minutes.
- Then transfer to a baking dish. Cook in a preheated 230°C (450 F) oven for 40-45 minutes.
- Cut the finished pork and serve it with any side dish. Enjoy your meal!
