Potato and Chicken Pies Recipe

A great way to "successfully attach" the remaining boiled chicken meat. The pies turned out delicious, ruddy, tender and fragrant. I recommend it!

  1. Our main products. Peeled potatoes are put to boil in salted water.
  2. The pulp of boiled chicken, pieces of sweet pepper and dried tomatoes are placed in a blender bowl.
  3. Grind into minced meat.
  4. Transfer the minced meat to a bowl, add corn, peas and green onions
  5. Knead, add salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Boiled potatoes are kneaded and cooled for 10 minutes.
  7. Add the mashed potatoes to the minced meat and whisk with the egg.
  8. Mix well. Form 6-7 pies with your hands, rolling them on a board in breadcrumbs.
  9. In a saucepan or a wide frying pan, heat the vegetable oil and fry the pies in portions until golden brown.
  10. We spread the fried pies on paper towels to remove excess oil.
  11. Transfer the pies to a platter, sprinkle with your favorite herbs and serve to the table.
