Put the minced meat on a preheated and greased with vegetable oil frying pan. After the minced meat is stewed for 5-7 minutes, add salt and tomato paste.
Put the finished minced meat on a baking sheet. This will be 1 (bottom) layer of casserole.
The second layer is spread with mashed potatoes.
The third layer is spread with grated cheese on a coarse grater. Put the finished baking sheet in a preheated 180 degree oven for 40 minutes.
Then remove and let cool at room temperature for 5 minutes. Enjoy your meal!
