Ingredients
Dough:
- 350 gram Flour wheat / Flour
- 1 piece Chicken egg
- 0,25 teaspoon Salt
- 160 ml Milk
- 1,5 tablespoon Vegetable oil
Filling:
- 3 pieces Potatoes
- 100 gram Bryndza Cheese
- 1 tablespoon Kefir
- 10 gram Dill
Instructions
- Sift the flour into a bowl, add salt and beat the egg.
- Add vegetable oil and milk.
- Knead the dough.
- For the filling, mash the cottage cheese with kefir, add boiled potatoes, grated on a coarse grater, and finely chopped dill. Mix well.
- Divide the dough into 10 parts. Roll out each piece into a thin circle. Grease the filling with about 1-1. 5 tbsp.
- Fold it in half, just roll it out slightly with a rolling pin to get rid of excess air. Secure the edges with a fork.
- Insert the grill panels into the slow cooker. Turn on the slow cooker, wait until the green indicator lights up, and you can start cooking.
- Close the slow cooker, snap it.
- Cook for about 7-8 minutes. After cooking, each kutab is greased with butter in hot form, spread on a plate and covered with a lid or towel.
- Kutabs are served to the table.
