Potato Roll Recipe
Today I posted my hundredth anniversary recipe on the website. A very delicious roll with chicken, mushrooms, cream cheese from the heart for you!

Instructions
Fry the mushrooms with finely chopped onion and garlic, grated on a fine grater.
Boil the chicken fillet and cut into small pieces.
Mix mushrooms, chicken and cream cheese.
Boil the potatoes and grate them on a coarse grater. Add the sifted flour, salt and egg.
Knead the dough. Roll out thinly on parchment.
Put the filling on the dough and roll it into a roll. With wet hands, fold the edge of the roll inside.
We spread the roll in a form covered with parchment and oiled. Beat the egg and grease the roll. Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for 40 minutes.
