Quiche with Grapes on the Cheese Dough Recipe
Delicious quiche turned out! With a very interesting sweet and salty taste-tender cottage cheese dough, creamy filling with bacon, nuts and grapes, with a subtle aftertaste of pink pepper. And if here and a glass of wine - mmmm... You should try it!

Ingredients
Dough:
- 160 gram Flour wheat / Flour
- 50 ml Vegetable oil
- 40 ml Milk
- 75 gram Cottage cheese soft
- 1,5 teaspoon Baking powder
- 1 pinch Salt
Filling:
- 85 gram Cottage cheese
- 85 gram Sour cream
- 50 gram bacon or replace with smoked sausage
- 0,5 piece Onion red
- 1 tablespoon Vegetable oil
- 1 piece Chicken egg
Instructions
- In a bowl, pour the milk, olein vegetable oil, add the cottage cheese, flour with baking powder, and a pinch of salt.
- Knead the dough quickly - it is soft and pliable. If they do, (depending on the cheese) then add the flour. Spread the dough into shapes or on parchment with your hands.
- In a preheated frying pan with oil, fry the onion (cut into cubes) with bacon. Cool.
- Filling. Mix sour cream with cottage cheese, egg, bacon and onion, add salt and pepper to taste-mix well.
- Spread the filling on the dough, on top of the onion, cut into thin half rings, put the grapes, sprinkle with nuts and, if desired, pink pepper.
- Oven for 200. Bake for 15 minutes until browned-focus on your oven.
- Baked in a ceramic form in a non-stick form and on parchment-worst of all in a ceramic-too soft quiche. On parchment and in non-stick just super!
