Rice Burgers with Chicken Recipe
A great alternative to cutlets with a side dish is large cutlets of fragrant rice stuffed with chicken meat! The option is quite low-calorie, you can say dietary, but the taste is reflected only in the positive qualities! Cook these burgers at least for dinner, lunch or breakfast - in any case, the family will be full and satisfied! It's very tasty, with a crispy crust!

Ingredients
- 4 packs Rice
- 2 pieces Chicken egg
- 200 gram Minced meat chicken
- 1 piece Onion
- 3 tablespoons Breadcrumbs
- 1 teaspoon Sweet paprika (ground)
- 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
- 1/3 teaspoon Nutmeg (ground)
- Salt
- Vegetable oil
Instructions
- Boil the rice, rinse, and cool.
- Add the remaining ingredients to the minced meat to the rice, mix well.
- Prepare the minced chicken (I have a thigh / breast 50/50), mix with the ingredients for the minced meat.
- I use a large burger mold with a diameter of 12 cm, if not, it doesn't matter, it's out of hand! It will be no less delicious! Grease the mold with oil, sprinkle with breadcrumbs.
- Form a recess from the rice.
- Attach the filling.
- Cover with rice and press down.
- We spread the formed cutlets on a greased baking sheet; Sprinkle breadcrumbs on top and drizzle with oil.
- Bake until cooked at 210 degrees until golden brown. Serve as an independent dish in hot or cold form!
