Rice Cheese Sticks Recipe
I think that this recipe will certainly appeal to all lovers of cheese and rice. Cheese sticks are a simple but very tasty snack. One of the undeniable advantages is the extraordinary simplicity of cooking. These rice and cheese sticks will perfectly replace a piece of bread, so they can be served with first courses, especially with transparent light soups.

Ingredients
- 100 gram Rice
- 2 pieces Egg
- 4 tablespoons Flour
- Spices
- Black pepp
- 1 tablespoon Water
- 150 gram Breading
- Vegetable oil
- 100 gram Dutch cheese
Instructions
- Rice "Aquatica Mix" (a mixture of steamed long-grain and wild rice) is cooked until tender and cooled to room temperature.
- Add 1 whole egg and the yolk of the second egg, your favorite seasoning. Today I have lemon salt and ground black pepper, I really like to use oregano or red hot pepper.
- Add flour, mix well.
- Cut the cheese into long cubes.
- Lightly sprinkling with flour, form the first tortilla from the dough, lay out the cheese, shape the sticks.
- Mix the remaining protein with water. First dip the rice stick in a mixture of protein and water, then roll it in flour, dip it again in protein and crackers.
- Deep fry until golden brown.
- Put it on a napkin so that the excess grease runs off.
