Rice with Zucchini, smoked Cheese and Mint Recipe
Now is the season of zucchini, so I decided to Supplement the rice with such a delicious and healthy vegetable. Smoked cheese will add a piquant touch to this dish, and mint and parsley sauce will give a unique taste and aroma.

Ingredients
- 200 gram Rice
- 1 piece Zucchini
- 1 piece Onion
- 2 pieces Parsley
- 2 pieces Mint
- 50 gram Smoked cheese
- 2 tablespoons Vegetable oil
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Boil the rice until tender, then let the water drain. While the rice is cooking, cut the zucchini and onion into half rings.
- Fry until Golden brown in vegetable oil. Add to the rice.
- Crumble the smoked cheese with your hands or finely chop it. Add to the rice.
- Grind the mint and parsley in a mortar to a mushy state and add to the rice.
- Mix everything and serve.
