Dough: Rub the butter on a coarse grater (the oil is thick, but not frozen). Add sugar, flour and baking soda (or baking powder).
With a spoon, rub the butter with flour, you will get a crumb.
Completion. Mix cottage cheese, sugar, eggs until smooth.
In a greased form, put half of the crumbs from the dough. Align it. Pour the filling. Sprinkle all this with the remaining crumbs. We put it in a preheated oven to 200 degrees. And keep it until browning. I was at 40-45 minutes.
