Salad "Bright Vegetables" Recipe

Instructions
Cut the cucumber into small cubes. Chop the Peking cabbage.
Sweet pepper cut into strips.
Add the corn (pre-drain the liquid from the jar).
Grate fresh pumpkin on a grater (use a grater to cook carrots in Korean).
Finely chop the dill and parsley. Add to the rest of the ingredients.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
For dressing: mix sour cream and mustard with cereals, mix thoroughly.
Add the dressing to the salad, mix gently and serve.
