Ingredients
- 150 gram Shrimp
- 1 bunch Lettuce leaves
- 1 piece Avocado
- 6 pieces Cherry tomatoes
- 100 gram Mayonnaise
- 1.5 tablespoons Ketchup
- Tabasco (a couple of drops)
- 1/2 pieces Lemon
- Salt to taste
- The mixture of peppers
Instructions
- A necessary product. If the shrimps are raw, they must be boiled for 1-1.5 minutes in water with the addition of bay leaf and white wine. I usually cook mayonnaise myself according to the recipe from the website.
- Preparation of pink sauce. Mayonnaise, ketchup, a couple of drops of tabasco, a tablespoon of lemon juice and a tablespoon of whiskey, salt, pepper - mix and refrigerate until the salad is served. In different places, this sauce is called and prepared a little differently, in Spain it is called salsa Rosa.
- Peel the shrimp.
- Cut the avocado in half, remove the bone, cut the flesh into cubes.
- Tear the salad into small pieces with your hands.
- Arrange in serving cups. Add the sauce just before serving.
