Salad "Health" Recipe
I want to offer a healthy and delicious salad that can be easily and quickly prepared. Prepare a spicy salad with seaweed, and this recipe will become a frequent guest on your table.Seaweed salads are not only very healthy, but also extremely tasty.

Ingredients
- 220 gram Sea cabbage
- 2 pieces Egg
- 1 piece Carrot
- 1 piece Onion
- Green Onion
- 1 piece Pickled cucumber
- 3 tablespoons Green peas
- 1 piece Apple
- Mayonnaise (or sour cream)
- Black pepper (to taste)
- Salt (to taste)
Instructions
- Eggs, carrots (I have boiled) and cucumber cut into strips (or cubes). If you have raw carrots, grate them on a coarse grater. Cut the onion into thin half rings.
- Finely chop the green onion. Grate the apple on a coarse grater (I did without it).
- Add seaweed, green peas.
- Mix all the ingredients. Add ground pepper and salt to taste.
- Season with mayonnaise or sour cream (who will get what).
- That's it! Your salad is ready!
