Salad "Joy" Recipe
This delicious salad can be attributed to the original herring salads – many people like it even more than "Herring under a fur coat". The vegetables in the salad are in perfect harmony with the apple, and the salad turns out to be quite light, fresh and juicy.

Ingredients
Salad:
- 1 piece Herring (fillet)
- 2 pieces Potatoes boiled
- 4 pieces Chicken eggs boiled
- 1 piece Apple green
- 2 pieces Carrots boiled
Instructions
- Cut the herring fillet into cubes.
- Cut the eggs arbitrarily.
- Slice the potatoes.
- Slice the carrots.
- Chop the apple last, before placing it in a salad bowl, so as not to darken, or sprinkle with lemon juice if desired.
- Put the mayonnaise in a pastry bag. Lay the salad in layers. In a salad bowl, put the first layer of potatoes, smear with mayonnaise and salt, using half the salt.
- The second layer is herring with mayonnaise.
- The third layer is eggs and mayonnaise.
- The fourth layer is apple and mayonnaise.
- The last layer is carrots.
- Pour mayonnaise on top and add salt to skip the remaining salt. Decorate as you wish. I used cherry tomatoes, parsley and dill, green onions. Enjoy your meal!
