Salad of fresh and salted Tomatoes Recipe
Last year, for the first time, I salted green tomatoes myself and was very happy with the taste and wide range of applications. This year, I did it again... I bring to Your attention a very simple but colourful and delicious salad of fresh and pickled tomatoes.
Ingredients
- 200 gram Tomato
- 150 gram pickled tomatoes
- 1 piece Onion red
- Greens
- 3 tablespoons Vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon Vinegar
- 0.5 teaspoons Mustard
- 1 teaspoon Sugar
- Allspice to taste
Instructions
- Cut vegetables and herbs. I cut tomatoes into large slices and onions into rings.
- For dressing, mix vegetable oil, vinegar, mustard, add salt, sugar and ground black pepper.
- Pour the dressing over the vegetables and mix. You can give the salad a little brew, this will only benefit the taste.
