- 2 cloves Garlic
- 200 gram Mayonnaise
- 250 gram Suluguni cheese
- 250 gram Mushroom (canned)
- 100 gram Rusks
- 1 piece Chicken fillet
Instructions
- Boil the chicken fillet. Cut the mushrooms (not too finely), onion, pepper fillet into cubes. Add the breadcrumbs.
- Mix mayonnaise with garlic.
- Season the salad with mayonnaise and garlic.
- Garnish with parsley.
