Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan and fry the finely chopped onion in it.
When the onion is fried, add the pre-soaked white Chinese mushroom. Lightly fry, add a little soy sauce.
Boil chicken meat, cool and cut at random.
Cucumbers cut into strips.
Green onions, parsley, dill finely chop.
Now prepare the sauce: 7 tablespoons soy sauce, 6 plates of ginger (chopped), 3 tablespoons vegetable oil, 2 tablespoons of marinade of ginger, 0.5 teaspoon of wasabi and a pinch of spicy red pepper through garlic press missed. All mix well until smooth.
